1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use this website or book services. By doing so, you confirm you meet these criteria and have the authority to enter into binding agreements.
2. Use of the Website
You agree not to misuse our website. Prohibited actions include:
- Making speculative, false, or fraudulent reservations
- Using automated systems to extract website data
- Violating applicable laws or third-party rights
3. Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation. We may require full or partial payment to confirm your reservation. Prices may vary depending on service type, location, vehicle, and duration.
Payment can be made via our secure online portal or other approved methods. You agree to provide accurate information and authorize payment for the agreed charges.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be made [X] hours in advance. Late cancellations may incur partial or full charges. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within [7] working days.
5. Wait Time Charges
- Airport Transfers: A complimentary wait time of 60 minutes is included after the actual flight landing time. Additional wait time is chargeable at SGD $18 per 15 minutes.
- Point-to-Point and City Transfers: A complimentary wait time of 15 minutes is included. Beyond that, additional wait time is charged at SGD $18 per 15 minutes.
- Hourly Bookings: Wait time is not applicable as time is pre-booked by the hour.
6. Airport Transfers
We monitor real-time flight arrivals and adjust pickup timing accordingly. It is the client’s responsibility to provide accurate flight information. Meet-and-greet service at the arrival hall is included unless otherwise specified.
Delays beyond the included wait time may result in additional charges or trip cancellation.
7. Event Chauffeur Services
Event bookings (e.g., weddings, corporate events, VIP movements) must be pre-arranged with clear details on schedule, venues, and guest requirements. A service agreement may be required for high-profile or large-scale events.
Additional staff or logistics support may incur extra fees. We recommend booking event services at least 7 days in advance.
8. Client Responsibilities
Clients are expected to:
- Be punctual and respectful to chauffeurs
- Avoid smoking, illegal activity, or causing damage inside vehicles
- Ensure all personal belongings are retrieved before leaving the vehicle
Damage or excessive cleaning will be billed accordingly.
9. Service Availability & Liability
We strive to provide punctual and professional service. However, we are not liable for delays or disruptions due to traffic, weather, force majeure, or other unforeseen events.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website is owned by or licensed to ‘Auspicious Journeys Pte. Ltd.’ and protected under applicable laws.
11. Privacy
Your personal data is handled per our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and safeguard information.
12. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website following changes implies acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore.
