1. General Policy

At ‘Auspicious Journeys’, we strive to deliver a safe and seamless experience across our services. This policy outlines how cancellations and refunds are handled for rides, and transactions made via our official platforms (Website, WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram…etc).

2. Booking Confirmation

All reservations are confirmed upon receipt of full or partial payment, as agreed at the time of booking. A confirmation email, SMS or WhatsApp message will be sent once the booking is secured.

3. Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your order or booking, please review the following:

  • Free Cancellation: You may cancel your booking/order at least 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time without incurring any charge
  • Cancellation Fee:
    • A fifty percent (50%) forfeiture of the paid trip total fee applies if cancellation is made within/less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.
    • A seventy-five percent (75%) forfeiture of the paid trip total fee applies if cancellation is made within/less than 12 hours before the scheduled time.
    • A hundred percent (100%) forfeiture of the paid trip total fee applies if cancellation is made within/less than 4 hours before the scheduled time.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • If the chauffeur arrives and waits for more than 15 minutes “grace” period, and you do not show up, a no-show fee may be charged – A hundred (100%) forfeiture of paid trip total fee will be charged.
    • All “No-Shows” by clients are non-refundable.
    • If the chauffeur arrives more than 5 minutes late after the estimated time or fails to show, ‘Cancellation Fees’ do not apply and you’re eligible for a full-refund. Alternatively, compensation vouchers may be issued to you.
    • If you do not see the chauffeur, please call / contact +65 8963 8963 our available customer service channels to avoid the full charge “No-Show” fee.

4. Refund Policy

We aim to process refunds as smoothly as possible.

  • Refund Requests:
    • Must be submitted within 90 days of the transaction
    • Refunds will be credited to the original payment method or bank transfer to your account within 7-10 business days.
  • Weather & Traffic Delays:
    • Services delayed due to unforeseen traffic or weather conditions are not eligible for a refund unless cancelled by our company.
  • Processing Time:
    • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
  • Late or Missing Refunds:
    • If you haven’t received a refund yet:
      • Double-check your bank account or card
      • Contact your bank or credit card company – it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
      • If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@auspiciousjourneys.com.
  • Exceptions:
    • We reserve the right to deny refund of cancellation requests if:
      • The request falls outside the allowable cancellation window.
      • There is evidence of misuse, fraud, or abuse of the service.

5. Modifications to Bookings

You may request changes to your booking (time, date, destination) at least 12 hours in advance. All changes are subject to availability and confirmation.

6. Policy Updates

We reserve the right to update/modify this policy at any time. Any changes or updates will be communicated via the website and apply to future bookings.
