How a Seletar pickup works
Auspicious Journeys coordinates every Seletar pickup with your handling agent. Your chauffeur meets you at the terminal, takes your bags and walks you to the car. If your flight moves, your pickup moves with it, and the first 60 minutes of waiting are free.

Flying into Changi instead?Do you go to Seletar and JetQuay?
Yes. We meet private flights at Seletar, and JetQuay guests at the T2 VIP Drive. Tell us your handling agent and we will coordinate with them.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We watch your flight. If it lands late, your chauffeur waits for the new time and your meet time moves with it. Nothing to do on your side.
How long will the chauffeur wait?
At the airport, until 60 minutes after landing. Elsewhere, 15 minutes from your pickup time. After that, waiting is S$15 for each started 15 minutes.
How many people and bags fit?
Up to 5 guests and 4 large suitcases. With 5 guests, plan on 2 large cases and cabin bags.
