Inside the arrival hall at every terminal, then a short walk to the car.
Changi Airport Terminal 1
- Arrival hall, just past the customs exit. Your chauffeur holds a board with your name.
- About 5 minutes from the arrival hall to the car.
- Your car waits in Car Park A, a short walk from the pick-up doors.
Jewel connects straight to the T1 arrival hall.
Changi Airport Terminal 2
- Arrival hall, just past the customs exit, with your name board.
- About 4 minutes from the arrival hall to the car.
- Your car waits in Car Park B beside the arrival hall.
JetQuay guests use the T2 VIP Drive instead.
Changi Airport Terminal 3
- Arrival hall, just past the customs exit, with your name board.
- About 5 minutes from the arrival hall to the car.
- Your car waits in Car Park E, linked to Basement 1.
Changi Airport Terminal 4
- Arrival hall, just past the customs exit, with your name board.
- About 4 minutes from the arrival hall to the car.
- Your car waits in Car Park 4A across the drive.
T4 is a separate building. Please check your terminal when you book.
Jewel Changi Airport
- Jewel, beside the T1 arrival hall link, with your name board.
- About 6 minutes to the car.
- Your car waits in short-term parking on B2M and B2, general parking B3 to B5.
From T4, the shuttle to Jewel runs 06:00 to 00:00.

How a Changi pickup works
Auspicious Journeys tracks every inbound flight and sets your pickup 30 minutes after the actual landing time. Your chauffeur waits inside the arrival hall with a name board, helps with your bags and walks you to the car. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.

All questionsWhat happens if my flight is delayed?
We watch your flight. If it lands late, your chauffeur waits for the new time and your meet time moves with it. Nothing to do on your side.
How long will the chauffeur wait?
At the airport, until 60 minutes after landing. Elsewhere, 15 minutes from your pickup time. After that, waiting is S$15 for each started 15 minutes.
How many people and bags fit?
Up to 5 guests and 4 large suitcases. With 5 guests, plan on 2 large cases and cabin bags.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, up to 2 per car, S$10 each. Tell us the child's age when you book and we fit the right seat.
