Changi meet and greet: what happens from gate to car
Where your chauffeur waits at each terminal, how the walk to the car works, and how it differs from Changi's own airside service.
What happens after you land?
- At the gateWe're already watching your flight. Land early or late and the meeting time moves with it.
- Immigration and bagsTake your time. The first 60 minutes after landing are free.
- Past customsYour chauffeur waits in the public arrival hall with your name on a board. You'll have their name and the car's plate 24 hours before.
- The walkDrivers can't park or wait at Changi's kerbs or pick-up points (Changi Airport), so the car waits in the car park and your chauffeur walks you out with your bags.
- In the carStill water and chargers for most phones are in every car. Next stop, your door.

Choose your terminal for the meeting point, the doors and the walk.
Changi Airport Terminal 1
- We meet you
- Arrival hall, just past the customs exit. Your chauffeur holds a board with your name.
- Your car
- Basement 1, Doors 1 to 6 or 7 to 12, down the ramp marked Terminal 1 Arrival Pick-up.
- It waits in
- Car Park A, a short walk from the pick-up doors.
- The walk
- About 5 minutes from the arrival hall to the car.
Jewel connects straight to the T1 arrival hall.
Changi Airport Terminal 2
- We meet you
- Arrival hall, just past the customs exit, with your name board.
- Your car
- Level 1, Arrival Pick-up, Doors 2 to 7.
- It waits in
- Car Park B beside the arrival hall.
- The walk
- About 4 minutes from the arrival hall to the car.
JetQuay guests use the T2 VIP Drive instead.
Changi Airport Terminal 3
- We meet you
- Arrival hall, just past the customs exit, with your name board.
- Your car
- Basement 1, Doors 1 to 5, down the escalator after baggage.
- It waits in
- Car Park E, linked to Basement 1.
- The walk
- About 5 minutes from the arrival hall to the car.
Changi Airport Terminal 4
- We meet you
- Arrival hall, just past the customs exit, with your name board.
- Your car
- Level 1, Doors 1 to 3 for private pick-up. Doors 4 to 8 are for ride-hailing.
- It waits in
- Car Park 4A across the drive.
- The walk
- About 4 minutes from the arrival hall to the car.
T4 is a separate building. Please check your terminal when you book.
Jewel Changi Airport
- We meet you
- Jewel, beside the T1 arrival hall link, with your name board.
- Your car
- Basement 2, private car pick-up.
- It waits in
- Short-term parking on B2M and B2, general parking B3 to B5.
- The walk
- About 6 minutes to the car.
From T4, the shuttle to Jewel runs 06:00 to 00:00.

How is this different from Changi's own meet and greet?
Changi Airport runs its own passenger meeting service. A greeter meets you at the arrival gate and helps you through immigration and with your luggage, and it needs booking 48 hours ahead (Changi Airport).
Ours starts where theirs ends: in the public arrival hall, then out to the car and on to your door. The two work together. Book Changi's greeter for the airside part, and your chauffeur takes over in the hall.
Which terminal will I land at?
Your airline confirms it, and your booking asks for it. Jewel connects straight to the Terminal 1 arrival hall (Jewel Changi Airport). Terminal 4 is a separate building, off the Skytrain, with a free shuttle bus to T1 and T2 (Changi Airport). If your terminal changes on the day, WhatsApp us on +65 8963 8963.
What if I can't find my chauffeur?
Message your chauffeur from your trip in the app, or WhatsApp us on +65 8963 8963 with your booking reference. We answer around the clock. If you need longer than the free 60 minutes, waiting is S$15 for each started 15 minutes.

The walk to the car is part of every Changi arrival.
Because the car can't wait at the kerb, your chauffeur leaves it in the car park and comes in for you. Depending on the terminal, the walk is 4 to 6 minutes, and your chauffeur takes the bags.

Where do private cars pick up at Changi Airport?
At the Arrival Pick-up points: Terminal 1 Basement 1, Doors 1 to 6 or 7 to 12; Terminal 2 Level 1, Doors 2 to 7; Terminal 3 Basement 1, Doors 1 to 5; Terminal 4 Level 1, Doors 1 to 3 (Changi Airport).
Can a driver wait for me at the arrival kerb?
No. Changi Airport doesn't allow drivers to park or wait at the arrival or departure kerbs or pick-up points. That is why your chauffeur meets you inside and walks you to the car.
How long will my chauffeur wait at Changi?
Until 60 minutes after your flight actually lands, at no charge. After that it is S$15 for each started 15 minutes.
Is meet and greet included in the price?
Yes. Every Auspicious Journeys airport arrival includes meeting you in the arrival hall with a name board. An arrival is S$110.
