Questions about membership
All questionsHow does membership work?
Everyone starts as a Member. Jade is S$480 a year with 5% off fares. Vermilion is S$1,800 a year with 10% off and first call on your favourite chauffeur.
How do points work?
You earn points on every fare: 1 per S$1 as a Member, 1.5 on Jade, 2 on Vermilion. 100 points take S$1 off a trip. Points last 12 months.
Does membership renew automatically?
Yes, once a year on your renewal date. We remind you 14 days before, and you can switch it off in the app.
Can I cancel for free?
Yes, up to 24 hours before pickup (12 hours on Jade, 2 hours on Vermilion). After that, the fee is half the fare.
